What if freedom from 100% of your stress can be achieved by letting go?

I want you to ask yourself that question now, “What can I let go with 100% of the outcome to be at peace right now?” This question you can ask yourself when you have stress and worry in your life. Feeling worried is because you have too much future. You might discover that when you’re stuck in the future, notice your suffering. You are suffering because the future is an illusion and does not exist. It’s imagination undirected.
Has anything ever happened to you in the future? Think of the worst experience of your life; it happened in your present moment. Guess what, you survived, you are just fine. Everything you experience is never in your past, nor in the future, it can be only right now. So why would you choose to miss out on your life, all your beautiful now’s, while hanging out in the vast nothing? This question helps you to get present, which is the only thing that really exists. What can you let go of to be at peace, so that you’re not missing out of your life now?
Consider that how you live every moment of your now adds up to be your future, because all your “now’s” equal your future.
If I were to tell you that this is your last day on earth, whatever was stressing you out, could you let go 100% of the outcome, to be at peace on that day? Whatever is going to be is going to be. Or you could ask yourself, “If someone held a gun to your head could you let it go?”
Imagine your life as a beautiful new book. This book is blank; you are the author and writer of this book. Now imagine closing the old book of your life and forever place it on the shelf, you don’t need to live there anymore. Living in the past can cause sadness and grief, and doesn’t exist as well.
You can create your world exactly how you want it in this book, any life you desire because it is indeed a blank slate. You are 100% responsible for creating your life, all of it. You might realize that no one has that much power to create your world. You no longer need to pull the book from the past, that’s the old you. How you write every word in your life book is being present in your moment of Now. Each word is your experience how you experience your present moment.
When you get to the end of your life, and you are breathing your last breath, you will be handed your book to read, the whole thing. Do not regret as you read the written pages of your life, that it that you wasted all day every day staring at the blank pages of your book! Notice how as you were doing that you were missing out on your life because you were worrying. Future pages are always blank. You only missed out on most of your life! What if you missed a smile from a baby in a shopping cart, or the geese flying by overhead, or maybe you missed out on an opportunity to notice the cashier’s teary eyes. Consider that you could have said something to make a difference if only you saw your life happening around you as it happened! This life is your life. Don’t miss out on it!
Are you a people pleaser? Are you always worried about others, that it seems like you can’t even focus and live your own life? Are you the type of person consumed with fixing everyone else’s problems? That is like taking someone else’s book and taking the pen from their hands and denying them the whole reason for living. Maybe it is none of your business to write their life book. You do not need to worry about somebody else’s book. Guess what, you are not the author of it. They are, and the only way that they can fill those pages is by themselves writing it, living every moment powerfully in their own now moments. How dare you deny them of living, learning and growth. What if they missed out on having those lightbulb moments like “Wow, I just learned a powerful lesson. I just realized why I went through that.” Every single person that comes to this earth is the author of their book.
Certainty is the opposite of hope
Just like the dieter that says, “I sure hope this diet works.” It seems like hope is just getting you nowhere.
Hope is a future based word, it puts you into the future, is an illusion, so therefore nothing happens there. Hope is also a copout word just like the word TRY. There is no such thing as try, you either do, or you don’t. When you hope, you might notice it’s your way out, because you weren’t certain. The opposite of hope is having certainty, “I am certain, I will hit the gym today. I am certain! I know this is going to work!”
Certainty sucks you right back into your now, which suddenly snaps you back into the present. Something clicks inside when you are done with that stress in your life. When you are living off hope for so long, it gets you nowhere. “I am certain I need this change!” That is the real first step to change, decide with certainty that you are done with hope. Game over for your drama, game on for your life!
To have that sudden snap inside of you, decide that you are done with the hope. Certainty that you have put the old book on the shelf. Certain and sure that you have now opened a new book in your life.
Is it time for me to step up to the next level?
What is that next level for you?” Is your next level to make a decision? Is it to take massive action? Maybe it is no more excuses. What are you waiting for, the perfect time? Are you waiting for the Calvary to come marching in to blow its horns to tell you it’s time? That will never happen because again you are living life in the future. Perhaps now is the perfect time to step up to your next level.
Deciding with certainty is the first step to real and lasting change, and it is also dependent on raising your standards, from should to must. You have time for all your musts in life. If I were to go to the gym and take a poll and ask everyone there if they have a busy life, all of them would say “yes.” Then why are you here? I’m sure all of them would say “because it’s a Must.” You see everyone outside the gym would say “Oh I should be in the gym, but I just don’t have time.” Oh really, we all have the same 24 hours in a day. I’m sure once that person gets certain about their health, they are now somehow at the gym. Were they handed an extra hour of the day we weren’t aware of? No, time is an illusion as well, it’s all about standards. The only thing that changed was their standards from should to must, so now they have the time.
Stop “shoulding” all over yourself. It’s time to get certain and step up to your next level. You are responsible for your life all of it. Life is not happening to you; you are creating your life. You create your life with your thoughts, and your thoughts attract more of what you are thinking. If you are doing nothing but complaining, then you get more of the crap in life. If you are a positive thinker and focus on what you do want, then you might discover a wonderful happy life is waiting for you. Take massive action after you decide and then keep going!
