How to Achieve Your Own Core Healing
“Coaching works because it’s all about you. When you connect with what you really want and why – and take action – magical things can happen.” Emma-Louise Elsey
We work with stress and happiness a lot. That’s one of our specialties. We can’t say we work with depression and anxiety because those are medical terms; we’re not medical. But we can say we work with stress and happiness. We can say that because those are not medical terms—the same side of a different coin.
Here’s the thing. Everything that comes to us, every issue that comes to us, is a side effect of a core issue. For example, let’s take a core issue. The same core issue is causing these things in you, causing weight gain in this girl over here, porn addiction in another, same core issue. It’s all side effects. Everything’s a side effect of something much deeper. So, the process is, all the same, to pull out all the roots of your core issues.
Here’s the thing. As a hypnotherapist, I work with the most potent part of your brain, the subconscious mind. Your subconscious mind can process up to four trillion bits of information per second. It’s the fastest computer in the world. On the other hand, your conscious mind processes only about seven to nine bits of information per second. I’m not dealing with only that part of the mind. You can head to “Feel It, Fix It,” the talk therapists. You may be working with them for years, perhaps your whole life, because no long-term behaviors are in the conscious mind. If there is a battle between the subconscious and conscious minds, the subconscious mind will always win. Everything is there. All behaviors are there. So that’s the brain I work with as a hypnotherapist.
Up to four trillion bits of information pour in every second; how can your conscious mind take that all in? It can’t. For instance, focus on the feeling of your feet inside your shoes right now. Consciously you never thought about that until I brought it to your conscious mind. You didn’t think of it. But you are feeling your shoes, and your subconscious mind is taking it in—the room temperature. Consciously you were not thinking about it. But it was just one part of everything your unconscious takes in every moment. It’s taking in all this information. It must go somewhere. I’m directly working with the full power of that part of your mind that is that powerful.
So, what would happen if I used NLP and mixed it with hypnosis? Can you imagine how much more powerful that would be? It’s freaking a thousand times more powerful; it’s hypnosis on steroids. So that’s what I do. I do what Tony Robbins does so successfully, but I do it under hypnosis, making it even more successful.
I help people find happiness since this is one of our specialties. My clients say, “Look, I got core healing and transformation. Nobody has come back to me past six sessions. You give me six sessions; you get core healing and transformation. That means they are happy. They have found happiness.
How can I help them find their joy and ultimately heal and transform? Here’s the thing, you have to go inward because nothing outside yourself can bring you happiness nothing. There is no such as a happy pill. I’m going to go on a limb here and say that just about every single person depressed that’s on medication is still depressed. Not to mention depression medication is often the cause of weight gain in many people.
You know what? One’s children do not make them happy, either. Nor do they make you sad. Your family does not make you happy. Finding a new relationship does not make you happy. A change of relationship does not make you happy. Success or money does not make you happy. There are plenty of depressed rich people out there. So, if that’s the case, what makes a person happy? It’s going inward and knowing who you are. Most people have forgotten what their soul already knows: they are not worthless but infinitely valuable and loveable.
Everyone who comes to see me hands me their intake form and says, “I am broken. I need fixing.” What if you’re not broken, and you don’t need fixing? That’s why people spend 10 to 20 years with a talk therapist, trying to get themselves fixed. What if there is really nothing wrong with you? Who you are is your heart and soul, not your ego. Your ego to survive made up your whole story. So, you made a few ideas and applied them to yourself, which is called ego. Ego thinks you’re broken. Ego thinks you need fixing. But consider who you are is perfection. Because that’s what you are, perfection! Perfection is your soul, which is already worthy, whole, and complete. And anyone who says otherwise is just trying to control you.
You may have forgotten the truths your soul knows. I will help you to remember that you can heal and transform in just a couple of weeks by going inward. I can help you go inward. Going inward is how we do it. And on top of that, change a few meanings around. People make things mean too much and attach themselves to them.
So, part of the process is age regression, okay? Age regression is changing some meanings that you’ve attached to things. Something happened to you when you were a child, and you made it mean something, negatively affecting you for your whole life. And the things you are now doing many years later started when you were a child. Something happened. Something triggered there in your subconscious mind. And so, you made it mean something; you made a story out of it and attached yourself to that story.
What would happen if I could take you back through age regression to find out when that happened? And what would happen if I could take you before it happened, and you could face little one? As a grownup with a mature mindset, you could tell the little one what it means before he tells a specific story, which negatively affects you for the rest of your life. What if you could do that?
It’s all just your thoughts, which are made up. Your heart beats itself, and your thoughts think themselves without much effort. A young girl could think oh, no, there’s a monster in the closet, and you know there’s not a monster in the closet. But what if that thought pops into their head? There’s a monster in the closet, and you’re like, “Dear, there is not a monster.” “No, there is a monster in the closet.” And here’s the thing. You cannot convince her of anything else, right? It’s just her made-up thought. Until she agrees that there is no monster in the closet and that her thought is made up, you can do nothing for her.
She must realize it’s all made-up thoughts generating a certain feeling. If she says, “I’m fat and ugly,” and you’re like, I don’t see it. But there’s nothing you can do. She must realize, get out of the prison of her head because it’s all made up. And you notice that the more you believe your thoughts, the more insane you are. They lock up those unable to differentiate between their thoughts and reality.
And that’s what I do; I help people escape the prison of their minds. Because thoughts are all made up, and they’re not you. What if nothing has meaning? Only the meaning you give it.
What if this life is empty and meaningless, and nothing has meaning, only the meaning you choose? That’s why age regression is so powerful because you get to tell little ones what it means and everything they need to know to get through those events. That’s not even the correct meaning too. Nothing is; it’s just if it’s empowering or disempowering. But it’s a better meaning than the meaning of a child. You can make it an empowering meaning. That’s why age regression, one session in my chair, is worth about five years of your life in talk therapy, five—one session. Nothing is more powerful than age regression.
The process is the same for everyone who comes to us. My process is a six-step process; we do age regression for everything other than weight loss. We also do forgiveness work because people who come in to see me are often miserable. Whatever the issue is, it’s not making them happy. That’s why they’re coming in to see me. I will help them find happiness. And so, part of that is, what if the key to happiness is forgiveness?
Forgiveness work is part of our process with everyone who comes to us, even with weight loss. It doesn’t matter. The key to happiness is forgiveness, letting it go. It does not have anything to do with the other person. It’s about freeing yourself. If you can free yourself, wouldn’t you be happy? Yes. You’re a powerful creator. That’s who you are.
Forgiveness helps you to let go of ill feelings and powerfully create your life. Just as important a step is forgiving yourself. I have you come face to face with yourself, that mistake-making part of you. The part of you that’s held you back told you untrue things, but you believed them. They have made mistakes and done things that frustrated and held you back. We have you see things from a different perspective, then let it all go. Forgive yourself.
Now also, who you are, I connect you to who you are. In another session, I connect you to your heart and soul. And in that session, you can find answers to your biggest questions from your higher self. I don’t have your answers, but you do.
You can get answers to some of the big questions in your life. In that session, you can discover what you have forgotten about who you are. What do you need to remember about who you are? What is your purpose here? What’s holding you back? You learn many life-enriching things in that session.
Those are a few of the processes that we do very rapidly. And they’re all different. They’re all different sessions, but when they come together, it’s almost like puzzle pieces all come together in that very last session. You flip over the puzzle, and you can see the whole picture.
Then a beautiful view of your life emerges behind the clouds of all those made-up thoughts. That’s when you are complete with your past, healed and transformed beyond your wildest dreams. It is all about going inward. Nothing goes inward as deeply as hypnosis. In reality, we don’t hypnotize you, we unhypntize you from the hypnosis you’re already under.
In conclusion, coaching is essential for helping individuals reach their full potential. It can help them identify and work on their strengths, weaknesses, and goals. However, to get the most out of their coaching experience, individuals must be willing to do everything the coach suggests. Not following a coach’s advice would be like a doctor providing a lifesaving medication but only taking it half the time.
